Land Clearing in Salina, KS

Overgrown lot? Pasture taken over by brush? Fence line lost to scrub? We turn it back into usable land.

From Overgrown to Open

Kansas land doesn't stay clear on its own. Cedar trees, hedge rows, scrub brush, volunteer saplings — left alone for a few years, even a manicured pasture starts looking like a thicket.

We clear it. Whether you're prepping a building site, reclaiming a pasture, opening up a fence line, or just trying to see the property again, we have the equipment and the crew to make it happen.

What We Clear

  • Building sites — foundation footprint, driveways, septic, access roads
  • Pastures — brush hogging, tree removal, fence-line cleanup
  • Fence lines — clear corridors for new or repaired fencing
  • Residential lots — reclaim overgrown back acres, side yards, easements
  • Rural acreage — selective clearing or full lot prep
  • Storm damage — downed trees and tangled brush across larger areas

How a Land-Clearing Job Goes

  • Walk the property with you to mark what stays and what goes
  • Provide a written estimate based on acreage, density, and access
  • Bring in the chipper, grinder, and crew for the size of the job
  • Trees down, limbs chipped, brush piled or burned (per your preference)
  • Stumps ground or left in place per your call
  • Final walk-through — you sign off, we leave

Selective vs. Full Clearing

You don't have to take everything down. A lot of jobs we do are selective — keep the mature shade trees, take out the cedar and hedge, clean up the understory. We talk through what you want before any chainsaw starts.

What Does Land Clearing Cost?

Land clearing is priced by the acre, the density of growth, and access. Lightly wooded pasture might run a few hundred per acre; heavy hedge rows and big trees push it higher. Every job is quoted in person after we walk it with you.
