Already Up the Ladder — Might as Well Do the Gutters
Tree work means we're already at the top of your house. So when customers ask — especially in fall after the leaves drop — we'll clear out the gutters while we're there. It's quicker, cheaper, and you don't have to schedule another contractor.
And yes, we'll do gutter cleaning as a standalone job too. You don't need a tree job to call us.
What We Do
- Hand-clear all gutters and downspouts of leaves, sticks, seeds, and debris
- Flush downspouts to confirm they're flowing
- Bag everything we pull out — nothing left on your lawn
- Check for visible damage (loose hangers, sagging sections, holes) and tell you if we see something
- Optional: rinse the gutters with a hose to clear residue
Why It Matters
- Clogged gutters back water up under the shingles — that's how roof leaks start
- Overflowing gutters pool water against the foundation — that's how basements flood
- Wet leaves rot the gutter and the fascia behind it
- In winter, clogged gutters create ice dams that tear up the roof edge
When to Clean Your Gutters in Kansas
Most Salina homes need gutters cleaned at least once a year — usually in late fall after all the leaves are down. Properties with lots of cottonwood, sycamore, or oak overhead may need it twice a year. We can put you on the calendar.
What Does It Cost?
Single-story homes typically run $100 to $200. Two-story homes are higher. Add-on rates apply when bundled with a tree job — usually a flat discount on top.
